The NEKCA Board meets 6-8 times a year on the last Wednesday of the designated month from 5:30-7:30. We currently meet in St. Johnsbury and offer a hybrid format to allow for remote access. Additionally, board members are asked to join a committee (personnel, membership, finance, executive) that meets virtually on an as needed basis for an hour. Members approve budgets, participate in policy making and approval, contribute to the strategic planning process, and supervise the Executive Director.
