Northeast Kingdom Community Action helps individuals and families improve their economic stability. The Economic Equity Department provides wrap-around financial services through our Money Security Initiative. These wrap-around programs include direct personal micro business and financial counseling, lowering carbon footprints, assisting individuals with their taxes, affordability to broadband, and educational workshops in the Northeast Kingdom. Our programs help Vermonters increase their financial capacity and add to their savings accounts as they work toward self-sufficiency so that they can prosper from one generation to the next.
