Executive Director: Jenna O’Farrell
Jenna O’Farrell took over as executive director of NEKCA in July of 2018. Prior to this role, Jenna was co-principal of the St. Johnsbury School. She has over twenty-five years of experience that includes early education, school administration, non-profit management, and leadership posts.

Program Director: Kathy Griffin
Kathy Griffin is a Program Director for the Parent Child Center, Youth Services, and Outreach Department and has worked for NEKCA for over 15 years. She currently sits on the board for Voices for Vermont Children Board and on the conference planning committee for the New England Community Action Agencies.
Program Director: Stephanie Bowen
Stephanie has been with NEKCA since 1996. She is Director of Community & Justice Programs and Community Based Corrections Programs. Stephanie holds degrees in Human Services and in Criminal Justice from CCV, a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Johnson State College and a Masters degree in Psychology from Springfield College of Human Services.
Program Director: Katie Watts
Katie Watts is the Head Start Director at North East Kingdome Community Action (NEKCA). She has held senior management positions in the non-profit sector for over 12 years. She holds a B.A from the University of Southern Maine and recently moved back to the North East Kingdom, where she grew up, and joined Head Start in March 2016. Katie oversees the operations of 10 center-based Head Start programs, the Early Head Start program, and the Family Child Care Partnership program.

Jan has worked for NEKCA since 1996 and is Director of our Lincoln Center Programs. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lyndon State College and a Master of Science in Organization, Management and Leadership from Springfield College. A single mom of 3 sons, Jan is now the proud grandmother of 4 granddaughters.
Program Director: Amy Robinson
Amy has worked for NEKCA since 2004 and is currently the Director for the Micro Business Development Program (MBDP).

Director of Finance: Nick Perry
Nick joined the NEKCA team in November of 2017 as the accounting manager and is now taking the role of Finance Director. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lyndon State College in 2012 and started a career in public accounting shortly thereafter.
Assistant Director of Finance: Lynda Davidson
Lynda Davidson Assistant Director of Finance, has devoted her entire career to community action agencies. Lynda has worked in community action for 50+ years. Most recently her services have been in fiscal operations.
Human Resources Administrator: Amy Burbo
Amy joined NEKCA in this role in August 2011. With over 17 years of administrative experience, Amy is dedicated to working collaboratively to build a culture of community that will further recognize, support and inspire staff.
