Joe Patrissi has been the Executive Director of NEKCA since 2010. Prior to this role, Joe worked in Vermont state government for over 35 years in a variety of roles including Commissioner of Corrections and Deputy Commissioner of Economic Services. He is a graduate of Lyndon State College.

Program Director: Kathy Metras
Kathy has worked for NEKCA for over 14 years and now broadly serves and represents NEKCA. Kathy currently is the Vice Chair for the Parent Child Center Network, Treasurer for the Vermont Coalition for Runaway and Homeless Youth Programs, on the Voices for Vermont Children’s Board and sits on the conference planning committee for the New England Community Action Agencies.
Program Director: Stephanie Bowen
Stephanie has been with NEKCA for 21 years. She is Director of Community & Justice Programs and Community Based Corrections Programs. Stephanie holds degrees in Human Services and in Criminal Justice from CCV, a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Johnson State College and a Masters degree in Psychology from Springfield College of Human Services.
Program Director: Linda Michniewicz
Lynda has worked in community action for 51+ years. Most recently her services have been in fiscal operations. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire College with a Masters Degree in Education and is celebrating her 37th year with NEKCA.

Program Director: Jan Rossier
Jan has worked for NEKCA for 21 years and is Director of our Lincoln Center Programs. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lyndon State College and a Master of Science in Organization, Management and Leadership from Springfield College. A single mom of 3 sons, Jan is now the proud grandmother of 4 granddaughters.
Program Director: Amy Robinson
Amy has worked for NEKCA for 13 years and is currently the Director for the Micro Business Development Program (MBDP).

Director of Finance: John Killion
John is a Certified Public Accountant and has been associated with NEKCA for 36 years in capacities including the agency auditor, consultant and now on staff.
Assistant Director of Finance: Lynda Davidson
Lynda has devoted her entire career to community action agencies. Since 1980 her services have been in fiscal operations.
Human Resources Administrator: Amy Burbo
Amy joined NEKCA in this role in August 2011. With over 17 years of administrative experience, Amy is dedicated to working collaboratively to build a culture of community that will further recognize, support and inspire staff.
